No. Glacier doesn't sell pre-cut kits. Glacier rolls are plotter-compatible with all major pattern software, so shops cut their own panel-perfect kits in-house using a Jaguar V or equivalent plotter.

Yes. Polar Tint franchise locations purchase through Glacier and benefit from franchise-specific pricing and support programs.

Nano-ceramic only — automotive and architectural. Non-metallic, color-stable, no signal interference. Up to 65% TSER. Glacier does not produce carbon, dyed, or metalized film constructions.

Total Solar Energy Rejected — the percentage of all incoming solar energy (visible + infrared + UV) the film blocks. TSER is the apples-to-apples spec for comparing window film heat performance. Spec sheets that only list IRR (Infrared Rejection) without TSER are usually overstating heat performance.

Visible Light Transmission — the percentage of visible light that passes through the film. 70% VLT lets 70% of light through (very light); 5% VLT is limo tint. State tint laws set minimum VLT, especially for front side glass and windshield.

No. Properly manufactured nano-ceramic film is color-stable. Purple shift is a failure mode of dyed films under UV exposure (2–4 years typical). Glacier ceramic carries a lifetime warranty against color shift.

No. All Glacier-manufactured films are non-metallic nano-ceramic. They don't interfere with GPS, cellular, satellite radio, radar detectors, or vehicle-to-vehicle communications. Metalized constructions (which Glacier does not make) are what cause those issues.

Glacier-manufactured automotive ceramic film carries a lifetime warranty against bubbling, peeling, color shift, and adhesive failure. In practice that means the install lasts as long as the glass it's installed on.

Yes. Self-healing TPU paint protection film in clear/gloss and satin finishes. 6–8 mil base with a self-healing topcoat. 10-year warranty.

The PPF topcoat is a chemistry that closes minor surface scratches with heat. Light wash swirls, fingernail scratches, and small abrasions heal with hot wash water or direct sun. Deep cuts that penetrate the polyurethane base don't heal.

Yes. PPF uses a urethane-based adhesive engineered for clean removal. When the film comes off, the OEM paint underneath is unchanged.

Same finish look, different chemistry. Satin PPF is 6–8 mil thick with self-healing protection. Vinyl wrap is ~3 mil thick with no self-healing, no impact protection. Wrap is cosmetic; PPF is protection that happens to look matte.
